Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility
   • Open to residents of Australia only.
   • Must be 18 years or older to enter.
   • Employees of Battlepass Australia and their immediate family members are not eligible.
2. Entry Period
   • The giveaway starts on 28/06/2024 and ends on 06/07/2024, Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
3. How to Enter
   • Follow @battlepass.au on Instagram.
   • Like the giveaway post.
   • Tag a friend in the comments.
   • Optional: Share the post in your Instagram story and tag @battlepass.au for an extra entry.
4. Winner Selection
   • The winner will be chosen at random using CommentPicker.
   • The winner will be announced on 07/07/2024 via Instagram story and post, and on other Battlepass Australia social media channels.
   • The winner must contact us within 48 hours to claim the prize, or a new winner will be selected.
5. Prizes
   • The prize is a $50 gift card of the winner's choice (Steam, Battle.net, PSN, or Xbox).
   • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6. Notification and Claiming of Prize
   • The winner will be notified through a direct message on Instagram.
   • The prize will be delivered within 7 days via email as a digital code after the winner has provided their delivery details.
7. General Conditions
   • Battlepass Australia reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.
   • By participating, entrants agree to these T&Cs and the decisions of Battlepass Australia, which are final and binding.
   • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
8. Privacy
   • Any personal data collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
9. Governing Law
   • These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Australia.
